This is not a true Search Engine. All this will do is return a specified URL (in this case the label URL Blogger uses: http://subdomain.blogger.com/search/labels) and the inputted Search Terms at the end. I racked my brain on how to do this for hours until I finally posted the question on vBulletin's HTML help section.
I know a lot of people are unhappy with the Nav Bar Search Blogger already has set up, so I figured others would like to know how to make this work. Here's the thread I started with the answer, which turns out to be relatively simple:
